April Fool's prank teaches professor a hard lesson
Stephen Barrows is a father of five and professor at Aquinas College in Michigan. Over the past few years he has noticed how much of a distraction and disturbance cell phones can be during his lessons, so he developed a strict policy to deal with the problem. As soon as a phone rings during his lecture, the owner must answer on speakerphone so the entire class can hear the conversation. But on April 1, 2011 his students fought back and concocted a devious plan for revenge. More than 50 million people have already seen the video.
It's nice to see that Stephen has a great sense of humor. His reaction to this very clever April Fool's Day joke is priceless and has become an internet sensation. In this case it looks like the students have taught the teacher a lesson he won't soon forget!
